FIRE-KISSED PIZZA

Pizza lovers who were never satisfied with the taste and quality of ingredients offered by the pizza factories found everywhere. We started baking at home and continued to transition from the kitchen convection oven (not hot enough), to a portable pellet oven (tastes better, too small), and finally splurged on a custom built wood fired oven (we call her Stella and she is perfect!).

 

Our kids absolutely refuse to eat store bought pies now, so we must be doing something right. During several pizza parties at home we kept hearing our friends and family say things like “I would pay to eat this”. Due to the recent lock down we spent more time with Stella, getting better with what we do and comfortable with sharing this with our local community.

 

We are starting small - Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) curbside contact less pickup from our home, with a simple menu but complex flavors and clean ingredients (We make your pizzas the same way we make it for our kids). Your patronage will determine the distance we travel on this path.

Due to expanded demand and limited capacity, we greatly appreciate a 24-72 hour notice.
